Siphon Tubes for Pressure Gauges
A siphon tube for pressure gauges is a device that protects the gauge from high temperatures by creating a barrier of liquid (usually water) inside the tube. This prevents hot steam or corrosive fluids from entering directly into the gauge, which could damage it or affect its readings.
Siphon tubes are common in steam and high temperature fluid applications.
